10 years working with Epicor Commerce

Posted on 14 May 2026

Well over half a billion dollars in sales

The numbers speak for themselves. Our partnership with Epicor and support for the Epicor Commerce product has delivered huge revenues across a broad range of clients in a variety of industries.

In that time, how we work with Epicor has evolved from 3rd party contractor to services supplier to global partner.

We’ve supported Epicor across 4 continents and over 80 different customers with their ecommerce solutions in the “Make, Move and Sell” industries.

Our first experience with Epicor Commerce came from an direct client brief to support a project facing difficulties with data mapping and complex integration. Our reputation with integrated omnichannel solutions opened the door. Epicor Commerce (EC) had launched in the UK and had yet to gather much momentum.

Our success with that project caught the eye of the EC product owner. They were hugely invested and wanted the validation of live UK implementations. From there, we were integrated to the UK consulting services team, supporting EC implementations as an exclusive services partner for the UK and Ireland.

Our value grew as the Epicor sales team recognised the impact Yoma had on presale activity. The complimentary expertise of ERP and ecommerce created a proposition unseen in the market place.

From there, the working relationship grew as ecommerce became more integral to the operations to Epicors customer base.

Our largest project, First Choice Catering spares was built and launched along side their ERP implementation, creating a very complex but rewarding project. Still a client today, First Choice was rebranded following a merger as Parts Town UK.

“Over the years, we have been working collaboratively with Yoma to achieve our vision – to create an intuitive website, that not only enables our existing customers to find parts efficiently and easily, but also open us up to potential new customers.

Since the launch of our new website, we have already started to realise the benefits and seen an increase in our B2C market share. ”

Impossible to avoid mentioning the pandemic during this span. It challenged our ways of working but created a necessity for distance selling the ecommerce could fulfil. Project and client focus swayed from B2B to more B2C offerings. Our support, just like our clients had to be dynamic and responsive to the global challenged.

Our success in the UK and Ireland, lead to opportunities further afield. Projects delivered across Europe and supporting Epicor in the Middle East and Australia opened the way to Yoma’s growth in those regions.

2024 saw an evolution of how we deliver Epicor Commerce project for customer. Yoma now delivers full project implementation of EC for the international customer base of Epicor. Allowing Epicor Proffesional services teams to focus on ERP implimentaion and our ecommerce expertise to compliment and add value.

This opened the door to engage and support the Epicor Channel partner network. The channel partners ethos and customer relationships aligned so well with our own development focus and long term thinking for our clients.

While Epicor is a global ERP provider, their largest market has always been the Americas. In 2025, following significant customer growth and our visit to Insights, Epicor’s marque innovation event, Yoma was granted channel partner status. This opened the doors to the whole of the Epicor user base and support existing and new EC customers as a global partner.

We’re very proud of our relationship with Epicor and the whole Epicor user community. It is more that just the numbers, but the growth, development and opportunity we’ve share with our customers.

From here, we continue to evolve our relationship and collaboration with the Epicor Commerce product team. From attending and support events to developing supporting products and enhancements such as our End Customer Quote tool. We look forward to what the next decade may bring.
